The investment target is the land rights (sokochi) of the large commercial facility "AEON Omiya," located in Kita-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. The appraisal value is approximately 8.6 billion yen, and the site area is 46,475.54 square meters. The lessee is AEON Retail Co., Ltd., a core company of the AEON Group. Stable revenue from fixed rent and low-cost operation are expected under a long-term contract based on a fixed-term business leasehold.

Notably, the digital securitization of land rights is a first-of-its-kind initiative in Japan. Additionally, for every 10 units held, 500 WAON POINTs can be received annually as a benefit.
