Mitsui & Co. Digital Asset Management Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and IBJ, Inc. (hereinafter "IBJ") have concluded a business consignment agreement regarding financial instruments intermediary services (hereinafter "this Alliance").

About this Alliance Through this Alliance, the Company will provide its personal asset management service, "ALTERNA" (hereinafter "ALTERNA"), to IBJ members.

Through ALTERNA, we will provide investment opportunities in digital securities backed by large-scale real estate and other assets—which professional institutional investors focus on—to a wide range of individual customers, including those currently seeking a partner and those who have already married. Through this partnership, both companies will support asset formation at major life milestones, helping to build a foundation for the future and supporting the realization of optimal life plans for each individual.

Background of this Alliance Under its management philosophy of "making everyone we encounter happy," IBJ promotes a life design business that supports a prosperous life even after marriage, and aims to expand options for asset formation.

Meanwhile, the Company operates under the slogan "A new choice, neither savings nor stocks," and is promoting initiatives to expand investment opportunities for individual investors in stable assets* such as real estate, which have traditionally been the domain of professional investors.
