Mitsui & Co. Digital Asset Management, Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and IBJ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "IBJ") have concluded a business consignment agreement regarding financial instruments intermediary services (hereinafter "this partnership").

About this Partnership

Through this partnership, the Company will provide "ALTERNA" (hereinafter "Alterna"), a personal asset management service operated by the Company, to IBJ members.

Through Alterna, we will offer investment opportunities in digital securities backed by large-scale real estate and other assets that professional institutional investors focus on, to a wide range of individual customers, including those engaged in matchmaking and married couples. Through this partnership, both companies will support asset building at life milestones, fostering the creation of an economic foundation for the future and the realization of optimal life plans for each individual.

Background of this Partnership

Under the management philosophy of "bringing happiness to all those connected by fate," IBJ promotes a life design business that supports a rich life even after marriage, aiming to expand options for asset building.

Meanwhile, the Company advocates for "new options beyond deposits and stocks," promoting initiatives to expand investment opportunities in stable assets* such as real estate, which professional investors have traditionally targeted, to individual investors.
