Mitsui & Co. Digital Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has published and commenced the offering of "Mitsui & Co. Group Digital Securities ~ Bunkyo Ward・Setagaya Ward Residences ~ (with Transfer Restrictions) (*1)" on ALTERNA, the Company's alternative investment service.

The investment targets are two properties: "Lumierk Bunkyo Yushima" (49 units) located in Yushima, Bunkyo Ward, and "Lumierk Sangenjaya" (37 units and 1 commercial space) located in Kamiuma, Setagaya Ward.
Both are newly built residences completed in June 2025.

Land prices in the surrounding areas have risen more than 80% over the past 10 years (*2), and current occupancy rates are performing steadily at 100.0% for Lumierk Bunkyo Yushima and 94.4% for Lumierk Sangenjaya (*3).
