Kuradashi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kohei Kawamura; hereinafter "Kuradashi") announces that, effective July 1, 2026, with the refresh of its internal company system and transition to a new management structure, Tatsuya Yamaguchi (formerly General Manager, Business Development Department, Green Infrastructure Company) has been appointed as Executive Officer and CEO of Kuradashi Energy Company.
Since its 2024 mid-term management plan, Kuradashi has diversified its 'good business' initiatives to address social challenges, including food waste reduction, energy, and vacant homes. This organizational refresh aims to further accelerate decision-making through delegation of authority to each company and maximize group synergies, thereby accelerating social issue resolution.
Background of the Kuradashi Group Formation
Kuradashi operates businesses that transform social challenges into economic value, guided by its mission of "Creating abundance for the future through good business" and vision of "Becoming Japan's most impactful corporate group."
Since the introduction of the internal company system in July 2024, Kuradashi has actively expanded into new areas aligned with its mid-term management plan (FY2025–FY2027), focusing on three pillars: (1) EC business expansion, (2) supply chain enhancement, and (3) discontinuous growth through new ventures (including M&A).

In response to rapid business expansion over the past two years, company names will be rebranded to align with group strategy. Authority delegation to each company's CEO will be further clarified to enhance decision-making speed. Additionally, a new 'M&A Synergy Office' will be established, dedicated to maximizing synergies within Kuradashi Food across group companies, with current Executive Officer Ryo Ohsawa appointed as its head.
