Launch of a 'Healthcare x Driving Tendency' Demonstration Experiment to Scientifically Analyze the Impact of 'Physical and Mental Condition' on 'Driving'

KINTO Corporation (hereinafter referred to as KINTO), which operates a car subscription service, will begin a demonstration experiment today aiming to reduce accidents by analyzing the correlation between a driver's health condition (vital data) and driving behavior data. In this demonstration, the "KINTO Unlimited App" will be utilized as a tool for users, and verification will be conducted with the cooperation of Toyota Motor Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Toyota), Sensing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sensing), and Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tokio Marine & Nichido). *1

■ Background and Purpose: An Approach from the "Results" to the "Causes" of Accidents While automotive safety technologies are evolving daily, accidents caused by human error remain a challenge. Conventional support for improving driving skills has focused on feedback regarding "occurred events (results)" such as sudden braking or sharp steering. KINTO focused on the hypothesis that "a driver's physical condition on a given day may be unconsciously affecting their driving operations." In this demonstration, by combining daily "vital data" with detailed "vehicle operation data" obtained from the car, we aim to capture signs of accident risks that have not been visible before, thereby supporting our customers' safe car life and health.

■ Steps of this Demonstration: Phased Feature Provision and Logic Development We will proceed in the following two steps: first, starting with customers using the app as a health management tool, and then using the obtained data to develop our proprietary advice logic.

### 【Step 1】 Visualization of Today's Physical Condition and Health Support (From April 6, 2026) First, we will provide a "Healthcare Check" that can be used on a daily basis within the "KINTO Unlimited App."

・ Non-Contact Vital Measurement By simply taking a picture of the face with a smartphone camera, the system analyzes "vitality levels" and "autonomic nerve balance" from facial color and pulse waves, visualizing "today's physical condition."
