Kaonavi Seeks Partners for "Talent IntelligenceTM Co-creation Project," Including Business and Capital Alliances

Kaonavi Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroyuki Sato; hereinafter "the Company") will launch the "Talent IntelligenceTM Co-creation Project" on July 1, 2026 (Wed). This project aims to create a wide range of co-creation opportunities by initiating dialogues with diverse companies that have businesses related to people and organizations, primarily in the HR domain, to realize our vision.

Background of the Project Launch

The Company introduced the concept of talent management in Japan in 2012 and currently has over 4,500 companies using "Kaonavi." In October 2025, the Company established a new vision, "Talent IntelligenceTM," aiming to evolve talent management to the next stage through the power of HR data and AI.

To accelerate the realization of this vision, co-creation with partner companies, mainly in the HR domain, is indispensable. By combining each other's strengths, the desired future can be achieved faster and on a larger scale. This project has been launched to accelerate that co-creation.
