(hereinafter referred to as "Majisemi"), as announced on January 29, 2026, in "ITmedia Acquires All Shares of Majisemi Co., Ltd. and Makes it a Subsidiary." Through the subsidiary integration of Majisemi, we will link the membership bases and services of both companies to more powerfully support customers in acquiring leads (potential customers) for their marketing activities.

Majisemi is a B2B marketing support company that provides leads to companies through over 1,000 webinars annually. With over 200,000 members, it offers "serious problem-solving seminars that provide truly useful information for participants," primarily in the technology domain. Furthermore, under the keyword "Webinar as a Service," it provides a subscription-based service that offers one-stop support from customer acquisition to planning and day-of operations for companies holding webinars, serving over 200 client companies annually, mainly IT firms. On the other hand, our company, as one of Japan's largest specialized technology media outlets, has a membership base of approximately 2 million individuals and has hosted a variety of digital events, from large-scale virtual exhibitions to webinars.
