i-PRO Completes Integration of Sales and Marketing Functions for i-PRO Products from Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd.

i-PRO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masato Nakao; hereinafter "i-PRO") announces that it has completed the integration of the sales and marketing functions for i-PRO products for domestic distributors, which were previously handled by the Field Solution Company of Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasuyuki Higuchi; hereinafter "Panasonic Connect"), as announced on October 23 of last year. Additionally, to strengthen our domestic sales structure, we have opened new sales offices in Osaka and Nagoya.

In conjunction with this, employees involved in the relevant operations at Panasonic Connect will transfer to our company effective today. The approximately 500 business partners who currently purchase our products through Panasonic Connect (resale) will conduct business directly with us starting April 1 of this year. *Note 1

With this integration, i-PRO will promote collaboration across development, manufacturing, and sales to enhance competitiveness and accelerate business growth, while continuing to provide highly reliable, high-quality products and solutions.
