i-PRO Completes Integration of Sales and Marketing Functions for its Products for Panasonic Connect's Retailers

i-PRO Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Masato Nakao; hereinafter referred to as i-PRO) announced today that it has completed the integration of the domestic sales and marketing functions for i-PRO products for retailers, which were inherited from Panasonic Connect Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuyuki Higuchi; hereinafter referred to as Panasonic Connect) as announced on October 23 last year. In addition, to strengthen the domestic sales system, sales offices have been established in Osaka and Nagoya.

With this integration, employees involved in the relevant business operations of Panasonic Connect will transfer to our company as of today. Approximately 500 trading partners who are wholesale distributors (resellers) of our products from Panasonic Connect will conduct business directly with us starting April 1 of this year. *Note 1

With this integration, i-PRO aims to improve competitiveness and accelerate business growth by promoting collaboration between development, manufacturing, and sales, and will continue to provide highly reliable and high-quality products and solutions.
