i-PRO has finalized the integration of sales and marketing functions for its products from Panasonic Connect. Approximately 500 dealers will transition to direct transactions with i-PRO starting April 1st, and new offices have been opened in Osaka and Nagoya.

i-PRO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Masato Nakao, hereinafter "i-PRO") announced today the completion of the integration, succeeding the domestic dealer sales and marketing functions for i-PRO products from the Gemba Solutions Company of Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, Executive Officer, President & CEO: Yasuyuki Higuchi, hereinafter "Panasonic Connect"), which was announced on October 23 last year. Additionally, to strengthen the domestic sales structure, sales offices have been opened in Osaka and Nagoya.

Accompanying this, the employees of Panasonic Connect involved in the corresponding operations are transferred to our company as of today. The approximately 500 business partners who are the wholesale (resale) destinations of our products from Panasonic Connect will trade directly with us starting April 1 of this year. *Note 1
