FiNANCiE Forms Capital and Business Alliance with Densan System in Web3 x Regional Revitalization

FiNANCiE Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Hironao Kunimitsu, hereinafter 'FiNANCiE') formed a capital and business alliance on April 30, 2026, with Densan System Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, Representative Director, President & Executive Officer: Jota Takahashi, hereinafter 'Densan System'), a group company of Densan System Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Ryoji Kobayashi, hereinafter 'Densan System HD'), toward the social implementation of a regional revitalization platform utilizing blockchain technology (Web3).

This alliance aims to transform Densan System's tourism and regional revitalization co-creation project 'NIPPON WONDER FACTORY' (hereinafter 'NWF') into a next-generation regional revitalization token platform that creates an 'autonomous economic zone' where money and people circulate. Moving forward, the two companies will utilize token community platforms and stablecoin-related technologies to phase in a regional co-creation model that continuously connects regions with supporters.

1. Background: External Provision Strategy for Token Community Platform and this Alliance as its First Step

Since its establishment in 2019, FiNANCiE has provided a comprehensive platform supporting community formation, token issuance, and secondary distribution for projects in diverse fields such as sports clubs, entertainment, and regional revitalization through its proprietary token community platform 'FiNANCiE' (https://financie.jp/).
