En-Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman and President: Michikatsu Ochi) launched the 'Social Impact Recruitment Project' with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (https://www.enjapan.com/) on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Through its recruitment support services, the company will assist in the public recruitment of 'ICT professionals.' The outline of this project is introduced below.

Details of the recruitment and the special page can be found here: https://www.enjapan.com/project/tokyodx_2604/

Project Overview
Tokyo Metropolitan Government is committed to promoting DX, aiming to realize 'Smart Tokyo.' It has formulated the 'Smart Tokyo Implementation Strategy' and is promoting multifaceted initiatives such as utilizing AI in metropolitan administration, introducing the 'Tokyo Official App' to connect citizens and administration, establishing a joint cybersecurity center, and strengthening communication infrastructure.

To reinforce these efforts, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is focusing on recruiting talent primarily from the private sector. To further incorporate new perspectives and expertise into the organization, Tokyo will publicly recruit 'ICT professionals' with the cooperation of En-Japan.

Upon joining, successful candidates are expected to be assigned to the 'Digital Services Bureau,' which is primarily responsible for digital promotion within the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, or 'GovTech Tokyo,' an organization established by Tokyo as a specialized body for administrative DX. These positions are expected to advance metropolitan DX from various perspectives. The selection process will involve document screening and aptitude tests. Furthermore, from this fiscal year, the number of recruitment rounds will increase from once a year to four times a year, with a total of over 30 people to be hired (scheduled for April, June, September, and December). This opens up opportunities for more people to take on the challenge.

En-Japan supports recruitment through its job search services such as 'Middle no Tenshoku,' 'AMBI,' and 'En Tenshoku.' It provides consistent support from talent acquisition to post-employment success and retention. We look forward to applications from individuals who are passionate about realizing Smart Tokyo and transforming the lives of 14 million Tokyo residents.
