Q. Please tell us the reason you feel it's a benefit, or any episodes where you actually felt it was a benefit.
▼ Those who answered "Can work at a higher hourly wage than part-time/arbeit"
- In cleaning jobs, there were sites where the hourly wage for dispatch was 100 to 200 yen higher than for part-timers. Working on a holiday added 150 yen to the hourly wage, making it a high hourly wage you can't experience with a part-time job. (Male in his 30s)
- Even with similar job descriptions, the hourly wage is higher as a temp, and I was able to work for a major company. (Female in her 30s)
- My take-home pay increased because the hourly wage is high. (Female in her 40s)
▼ Those who answered "They find and propose jobs that match my wishes"
- Having the dispatch agency look for a job is overwhelmingly easier on the mind than looking for a part-time job yourself. The pay is also better than a part-time job, and there were times I earned nearly 300,000 yen a month. (Female in her 30s)
- I think the benefit is that the person in charge thinks together with you about consulting on working hours and locations, and they look for jobs at major companies that you would absolutely never come across in regular job postings. (Female in her 40s)
- I think it's really great to have a wide range of jobs proposed. There's also the reassurance of not being alone. (Female in her 40s)
▼ Those who answered "I can leave contract renewals and condition negotiations to the person in charge"
- It saved me the trouble of searching on my own when changing jobs. I can leave the so-called "troublesome things" like contract renewals to them, and they negotiate conditions on my behalf that are hard to convey myself. (Female in her 20s)
- Seeing a relative consult with them to negotiate an easy-to-work environment or change work locations every time their lifestyle changed, such as getting married or children growing up, I felt they were quite flexible. (Female in her 30s)
- It wasn't my desired hourly wage, but when I honestly told them I had an interview with another company coming up and that one had a better hourly wage so it was a higher priority salary-wise, the sales rep negotiated with the dispatch destination to raise the hourly wage, so I was able to decide on the job in a satisfactory way. (Female in her 40s)
3: Reasons for thinking "dispatch work suits me" mostly evaluate the high hourly wage and the intervention of a dispatch agency. (Figure 4)
When asked which work style suits them better, 70% answered "Dispatch" (Dispatch: 24%, If anything, dispatch: 46%). When asked the reason, it became clear that they find particular appeal in "income" and the "intervention of a dispatch agency." We introduce specific voices.
