## Comment from Mr. Hirotaka Akagi, Hiring Manager, Secretarial Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice is engaged in a wide range of policies to realize a 'fair and equitable society where everyone can live safely and securely,' including the maintenance and development of the basic legal system, the maintenance of legal order, and the protection of citizens' rights.
In an ever-changing society, in order to continue protecting 'safety and security,' it is necessary to hire people with a wide range of experience and advanced skills, constantly updating the way legal administration operates. Therefore, in FY2025, with the cooperation of en-japan Inc., we conducted our second public recruitment for general staff and others. As a result, we received a large number of applications and were able to hire a total of 5 individuals.
We expect the individuals hired this time to utilize their rich experience and new perspectives to play an active role on the new stage of legal administration.
