TLCC is operated under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's 'TIB CATAPULT' initiative, which aims to foster global innovation through cluster creation.

Additionally, TLCC will host a reverse pitch and networking event on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in Toranomon, Tokyo, aiming to promote co-creation between member companies (major logistics firms) and startups.
