[Shizuoka Prefecture × eiicon] 32 projects born last year! The 'CO-LAB Shizuoka 2026' demonstration project using local fields has launched. Recruiting regional partners to solve issues with startups!

## Overview
Eiicon Corporation, operator of one of Japan's largest open innovation platforms, 'AUBA', has been commissioned by Shizuoka Prefecture to carry out the 'Fiscal Year 2026 Shizuoka Prefecture Demonstration Experiment Support Project'. In line with this, the company is launching 'CO-LAB Shizuoka 2026', a program where regions and startups collaborate on demonstration experiments to solve regional challenges.

## Regional Partner Recruitment
As of June 5, 2026, the company has started recruiting 'regional partners' to work with startups on resolving local issues.

- **Target**: Local municipalities, chambers of commerce, financial institutions, support agencies, corporations, educational institutions, and economic organizations within Shizuoka Prefecture.
- **Application Deadline**: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 23:59 (Applications accepted on an ongoing basis thereafter).

## Roles and Benefits
Regional partners will aim to solve regional challenges by organizing issues, matching with startups, and receiving support for demonstration experiments.

- **Benefits**: Support from Shizuoka Prefecture and the secretariat, startup partnerships, network construction within the region, and provision of demonstration support subsidies.
