eiicon company, ltd. The session covered 14 co-creation projects adopted in October 2025 under the 'Hyogo TECH Innovation Project', co-managed with Hyogo Prefecture to solve social and regional issues faced by the prefecture and local municipalities through open innovation.

1. Building a 'Mutual Support Service Among Citizens' such as Shopping Assistance Kasai City / ALLX Inc. (Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture) Developed a matching system with supporters, proving a mechanism to 'visualize' the needs of those requiring assistance.

2. Realizing a Safe and Secure Society with 365-day Medical Care Access Himeji City / Medialink Inc. (Tokyo) Demonstrated a system where patients use AI chatbots, etc., guiding them to self-resolution for low-urgency illnesses or injuries, thereby prioritizing examinations for highly urgent patients.

3. Countermeasures Against Wildlife Damage in Regions to Reduce Farmers' Burdens Tamba-Sasayama City / skyer Inc. (Tottori Prefecture) Demonstrated the automation of wide-area patrols and repelling of wildlife using sound and light via drones.

4. Special Fraud Prevention Utilizing Latest Technology Hyogo Prefecture Civil Affairs Department (Special Fraud Countermeasures Division) × Hyogo Prefectural Police Headquarters / ToI Nexus Inc. (Tokyo) Demonstrated a mechanism where a small device attached to a smartphone analyzes call content to identify scam calls and warns the user.
