Collabo Style to Continue "Government DX Support Campaign" in FY2026 to Aid Digitalization of Local Governments and Administrative Agencies

Collabo Style Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director & CEO: Yosuke Matsumoto; hereinafter "Collabo Style"), which provides the cloud service "Collabo Flow" under the philosophy of "pioneering the future of work styles," will launch the "Government DX Support Campaign" on April 1, 2026. This campaign aims to support the business reform of local governments and administrative agencies by offering the workflow service "Collabo Flow" free of charge for up to 13 months to central government ministries, local governments, and various administrative organizations. This marks the fourth iteration of the campaign since its inception in 2023, and so far, 15 administrative organizations and groups have applied, with some choosing to continue using the service even after the free period ended.

Through this campaign, you can use the cloud version of Collabo Flow for free for up to 13 months between the application date and April 30, 2027. Even after the free period ends, continued use is possible with a special "Academic/Government License" for local governments and administrative agencies. This initiative supports the digitalization of internal operations in an environment that is easy to start and easy to continue.

Campaign to support paperless initiatives for local governments and administrative agencies

The "Local Government DX Promotion Plan" promoted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will conclude its planning period at the end of FY2025 and transition to a new phase from FY2026 onwards. To coincide with this milestone, Collabo Style will continue this campaign to provide an opportunity for local governments and administrative agencies that have not yet embarked on internal digitalization to take the first step.

Efforts to create a digital nation led by the government and implement "work style reforms" are accelerating across a wide range of administrative agencies, including not only local governments but also central government ministries, the National Diet, courts, fire departments, and police organizations. However, especially in municipalities, small administrative organizations, and affiliated bodies, application and approval processes within offices often still rely on email or paper. Furthermore, receiving applications from residents and local businesses/organizations is primarily done via FAX or postal mail, leading to the actual burden of transcription and re-entry by staff. In organizations where it is difficult to assign dedicated IT personnel, there is a growing need for systems that can be operated and improved by on-site staff themselves.
