(Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoto Kato, hereinafter "Cluster"), which develops and operates the domestic metaverse platform "cluster," announced that it will launch the next-generation metaverse high school educational system "MEISEI Schoolverse," co-developed with Hanazawa Gakuen Meisei High School (Main Campus: Chuo-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Principal: Satoshi Hanazawa), in April 2027.

"MEISEI Schoolverse" is an educational system that provides a new school experience where students can access a high school in a metaverse space and attend school as avatars using just a smartphone. Fully leveraging the functions of the metaverse platform "cluster" provided by Cluster, it integrates learning activities such as video lessons, mini-tests, and report submissions with real-time interaction with classmates. It creates an environment where students can obtain a high school diploma in three years.

By providing innovative class experiences that fuse virtual and real, and cutting-edge ICT education utilizing diverse metaverse-specific teaching materials, we aim to create a learning environment that transcends the conventional norms of school education.

Key Features

1. Immersive Learning Environment Utilizing the cluster Platform

Students can create their own original avatars from approximately 3 million possible combinations and enjoy a unique school life in the metaverse space. They can share impressions and opinions with fellow students while watching video lessons in real-time, and can also attend special classes jointly with students from the full-time course.

2. Personalized Learning Support with Generative AI "AI Buddy"

Each student will have a dedicated generative AI, "AI Buddy," to support their school life based on individual needs, such as academic assistance and counseling for concerns.

3. Space for Fostering Self-Expression and Creativity

Creative self-expression is possible, such as exhibiting drawn illustrations and featuring self-created characters or 3D models within the Schoolverse space. We provide an environment where students can freely express their individuality while connecting with friends regardless of location.

Beyond classes, we offer a next-generation school experience that fuses real-world school events with online experiences, including music live performances, game competitions, interactions in event spaces, and metaverse cultural festivals. Students can participate from their preferred locations, leading to encounters with new friends and values.
