Capy Inc. Announces Appointment of New Executive Officer

Capy Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Mitsuo Okada) is pleased to announce the appointment of Takayuki Nakahata as Executive Officer.

After working in technical and corporate sales roles, Nakahata has long been engaged in sales, organizational management, and business promotion within the security industry. Since joining Capy in 2017, he has led proposals for puzzle-based CAPTCHA and FIDO-compliant biometric authentication services, supporting many customers in preventing unauthorized access while improving user convenience.

In his new role as Executive Officer, Nakahata will further drive initiatives to enhance the company's business growth and customer value.

- Transitioned to the network security sector and began his career at a service company in the same field. Engaged in sales for managed security services for corporations, consistently handling everything from proposals to implementation support in application layer areas such as security diagnostics and WAF. Served as General Manager of Sales, responsible for organizational management and business promotion.
- After experience at a web security service company, joined Capy Inc. in 2017. In the field of authentication security, he led proposals for puzzle-based CAPTCHA and FIDO-compliant biometric authentication services, promoting solutions that achieve both unauthorized access countermeasures and improved usability.
