Asuene Opens "Nagoya Office" Today; Commemorative Event to be Held on July 10

Asuene Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kohei Nishiwada; hereinafter "the Company") established its "Nagoya Office," its first base in Japan, on July 1, 2026, at "STATION Ai," one of Japan's largest open innovation hubs.

To commemorate the opening, an event for companies in the Tokai region, "Asuene Nagoya Office Opening Commemorative Meetup ~ Accelerating Japan's GX from Tokai! Tackling Decarbonization Management with Companies ~," will be held on July 10. Mr. Osamu Ito, Business Producer at Nagoya Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (Me-Tele), will be invited to discuss the transformation of regional companies and the potential for new business, under the theme "Why is GX Hot in Tokai Right Now?" Networking among participants will also take place on the day.

About the Commemorative Event

Part 1, titled "Fast-Growing Startup Asuene Lands in Nagoya!", will introduce the Company's business, its domestic and international expansion, and the potential of the GX field.

In Part 2, Mr. Ito, Business Producer at Me-Tele, and others will discuss "Why is GX Hot in Tokai Right Now?" and "How to communicate and spread the challenges of regional companies."

Me-Tele, through "Samurai DX" and "Mirai Cast," focuses on discovering and disseminating opinion leaders who shape the future, featuring companies from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations tackling transformation in the region. This session will consider GX as a theme for corporate transformation and its potential to connect with the competitiveness of regional companies and new business opportunities.

Following the session, a networking time will be provided for participants to interact with speakers and each other.

Mr. Osamu Ito, Manager, Sales Solutions Department, Business Producer, Nagoya Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd.

Joined Nagoya Television Broadcasting in 2007. Experienced as a program director for variety shows such as "The Kiroba" and TV Asahi's "Miracle 9." As a producer, he has planned and produced numerous TV programs and events, mainly focusing on the latest technology and new manufacturing, including the business conference & special program "Samurai DX" on the theme of "Manufacturing x DX/AI Utilization," the interview program "Mirai Cast" where opinion leaders from various fields discuss the future, the national student SF hackathon "Electric Sheep," and the "WorldSkills Special Program." Moved to his current department in 2022 and, in addition to his producer duties, oversees DX in sales, including the introduction of inside sales and the launch of the owned media "Me-Tele for Business."

Mr. Michael Shinichiro Hashimoto, General Manager, Head of Asuene Business and Asuene Supply Chain Business Sales Department, Asuene Co., Ltd.

After gaining experience in quality assurance and site improvement as an engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation, he was involved in overseas marketing, sales, and investment/management of steel products at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. After joining a venture company, he led the establishment of domestic and overseas bases and the expansion of business/sales as a responsible person. Currently at Asuene, he utilizes his manufacturing expertise to support companies' CO2 reduction and cost reduction activities as the head of enterprise sales.
