By combining AI and a specialized team, the service handles the entire process, from employee interviews to booking medical institutions and scheduling, to collecting data and assisting with report creation after examinations, significantly reducing the burden on HR and labor managers.

Background of Release

Health examination tasks tend to be a burden for HR and labor managers.

Under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, companies are obligated to conduct regular health examinations for employees at least once a year. While this is one of the labor management tasks (safety and health management) alongside attendance management, payroll calculation, and social insurance procedures, it is an area that tends to be postponed due to its low frequency (once a year) and the need for specialized knowledge. The burden on managers increases significantly during busy periods, especially when dealing with new hires and departures in April and the calculation of standard remuneration base amounts in July. Comprehensive Outsourcing from Interviews to Booking and Scheduling

The Company handles the entire process of health check arrangements, from employee interviews to booking medical institutions, scheduling, and guiding employees to their appointments. Routine tasks are streamlined with AI, while a specialized team manages bookings and scheduling for each facility, significantly reducing the burden on HR and labor managers. Communication with employees is supported via email or LINE, and pre-appointment reminders are sent to prevent missed check-ups.

Nationwide Coverage, Flexible to Budget and Situation

In cooperation with clinics and health check centers nationwide, booking services are available at facilities covered by the relevant health insurance union, regardless of the union itself. Facilities can be arranged according to the employee's place of residence or work, accommodating a wide range of cases, including remote workers, employees in rural areas, foreign national employees, and specific departments. The service also accommodates different booking methods used by facilities, such as phone, web, and fax.

Post-Examination Data Collection, Report Creation, and Billing Processing Outsourced

The Company also handles post-examination administrative tasks.

Health Check Data Collection and Cloud Integration: Data is integrated with the cloud service specified by the company. Collection and consolidation of retrieved data are also handled, including status management of collected and uncollected items to prevent omissions.

Assistance with Creating Regular Health Examination Result Reports (Form No. 6): Based on the collected health check data, assistance is provided for inputting information into the report for the Labor Standards Inspection Office.

Invoice Collection and Payment Processing: For a certain number of employees undergoing examinations at the same facility, invoice collection and payment processing are handled in bulk.

When using the service from booking to report creation, the only tasks left for the manager are "confirmation with the industrial physician" and "final submission of the report"; all other tasks are handled by the Company.

The handling of health check data is designed with consideration for privacy and security.

Furthermore, plans can be selected based on the required scope of outsourcing, such as "booking only," "up to health check data collection," or "up to invoice collection and payment processing."
