HERP Co., Ltd. Implements Corporate Health Support Service "And-L Work"

And-L Co., Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo, Minato-ku, and led by CEO Satoshi Furuhashi, has provided its "And-L Work" corporate health support service to HERP Co., Ltd. HERP Co., Ltd., an HR Tech company based in Tokyo, Shinagawa-ku, with CEO Ichiro Shoda, develops and offers services such as the recruitment management system "HERP Hire," the recruitment agency system "Jobmil," and the startup-focused job media "HERP Career." HERP Co., Ltd. integrated its industrial physician and stress check services into "And-L Work." The decision was driven by HERP's organizational characteristics, including an average employee age of 34, a high proportion of parents, and a full-flex, remote-centric work environment, which frequently requires employees to adjust work for personal or family medical needs. HERP prioritized welfare benefits that directly contribute to work performance, identifying improved daily medical access as a key factor for sustained high output. The consolidation of services also aimed to reduce management costs and optimize expenses. Following the implementation, "And-L Work" achieved a high utilization rate, with over 70% of employees registered and more than half of the users utilizing the service repeatedly. The service offers online consultations (And-L Clinic), mental health counseling (And-L Consultation Room), stress checks, industrial physician introduction, health checkup booking agency, pulse surveys, and an external reporting desk (optional). HERP Co., Ltd. was established in March 2017, and And-L Co., Ltd. was established on October 17, 2023.
