Concrete Coring Co., Ltd. (West Japan) (Headquarters: Miyakojima-ku, Osaka; President: Kota Fujio; hereinafter 'the Company') is pleased to announce that it has received the 'Human Capital Management Quality 2025 (Silver)' award. The award was decided on February 20, 2025, and we are making this formal announcement following the arrival of the certificate.
Background of the Award On August 31, 2022, our company declared our commitment to 'actively engaging in human capital management' and has since pursued continuous efforts in both organizational development and talent cultivation.
We have set a vision (Dream) for 2033: 'To become an industry pioneer that creates safe and innovative construction methods centered on robotics and mechanized construction.' To achieve this, we have visualized the gap between required capabilities and our current status, and have promoted organizational development and the restructuring of our educational system aimed at improving psychological safety.
As a result, we have achieved faster skill acquisition and strengthened decision-making capabilities on-site, which has contributed to improved safety and stable construction quality. Consequently, we are strengthening our management foundation where investment in human capital leads to increased corporate value.
Visualization and Improvement of Human Capital through the 'People Fact Book' Since 2023, we have been disclosing information regarding our human capital annually through our 'People Fact Book.' This continuous disclosure has heightened our awareness of organizational improvement and fostered a corporate culture that strives for better results.
Furthermore, based on the results of engagement surveys, we introduced the teamwork-enhancing app 'RECOG' with the goal of 'creating a workplace overflowing with gratitude and praise,' which has contributed to revitalizing communication among employees.
In addition, we have installed facilities such as table tennis tables, coffee machines, and soft-serve ice cream machines to promote internal interaction and create an environment where daily dialogue can occur.
Moreover, through our internal education system, the 'CCC Academy,' we have achieved advanced talent development, such as shortening the time required for employees to become fully independent from the traditional five years to an average of three years. By having employees with specialized expertise serve as instructors, we are promoting the sharing of practical knowledge and the internalization of training.
Moving forward, we will continue to advance our human capital management, contributing to the establishment of a sustainable growth model in the construction industry and the enhancement of industry value.
