Concrete Calling Co., Ltd. Background of the Award

The Company declared its commitment to "actively engage in human capital management" on August 31, 2022, and has been continuously working on both organizational development and human resource development.

By 2033, we aim to become a pioneer in the industry by creating safe and innovative construction methods centered on robotics and mechanized construction (Dream). To achieve this vision, we have visualized the gap between necessary capabilities and the current situation, and promoted organizational development and the reconstruction of our education system to improve psychological safety.

As a result, we have achieved improvements in the speed of skill acquisition and enhanced judgment capabilities on-site, which also contribute to improved safety and stable construction quality. Consequently, we are strengthening our management foundation where investment in human capital leads to an increase in corporate value.

Visualization and Improvement of Human Capital through People Fact Book

Since 2023, the Company has been disclosing information related to human capital annually through its "People Fact Book". Continuous disclosure enhances the organization's awareness of improvement and fosters a corporate culture that aims for better results.

Furthermore, based on the results of engagement surveys, we have introduced the team collaboration app "RECOG" with the aim of creating a workplace filled with gratitude and praise, which contributes to activating communication among employees.

In addition, to promote internal interaction, we have installed facilities such as a table tennis table, coffee machine, and soft-serve ice cream machine, creating an environment where daily conversations can occur.

In addition, within our internal education system, "CCC Academy", we have achieved advanced human resource development, shortening the period to independence, which traditionally took five years, to an average of three years. By having employees with specialized expertise serve as instructors, we are promoting the sharing of practical knowledge and internalizing training.
