A special Tanabata arrangement of Cookhouse's popular melon pan. This melon pan, with its crispy exterior and fluffy interior, is baked with colorful star-shaped konpeito as a topping.

Cookhouse July New Products
Daiya's manufacturing base, the factory in Ikuno Ward, Osaka City, employs a total of 180 staff members (including part-timers), including 40 bakers. Product development involves gathering ideas from all employees and holding an in-house competition to decide.
Selection criteria include "appetizing appearance," "satisfying volume," "deliciousness from the first bite," and "deliciousness when eaten entirely, including the ingredients."
