CommSquare Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Chairman: Yasushi Uejima) is pleased to announce that it has obtained the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27001, and the international standard for cloud security, ISO/IEC 27017.

### Background and Purpose
CommSquare has long been involved in the research, development, operation, and implementation support of various systems related to telephony technology and IT infrastructure.

In recent years, with the promotion of digital transformation (DX) in enterprises, the use of cloud services and the demand for advanced information security measures have been increasing. Under these circumstances, to continue providing safe products and services that customers can use with peace of mind, we have been working to build and strengthen an information security management system based on world-standard ISO criteria.

After a rigorous stage 2 audit by a third-party organization, our information security and cloud security management systems were recognized as meeting international certification standards (ISO), leading to this certification.
