To maximize learning effectiveness, CompTIA AI Essentials provides learning content rich in activities such as videos and labs. This enables learners to not only acquire knowledge but also gain skills aligned with actual business scenarios, realizing high retention rates and improved practical application.
"This program focuses on essential points for AI utilization in the workplace. Through a two-way scenario-based learning method, learners can acquire AI utilization skills directly linked to practical work rather than learning passively," said Henry Mann, Senior Director of Product Development at CompTIA.
CompTIA AI Essentials comprehensively covers core skills needed to utilize AI assistant tools effectively, efficiently, and responsibly. Key focus areas include practical prompt design techniques, basic knowledge of security and data privacy, and skills to identify and evaluate AI use cases in daily operations. A 15-minute skill assessment test is conducted after the course. Upon reaching the passing score, a Certificate of Completion and a digital badge are awarded.
For companies, this helps in quickly assessing, verifying, and understanding the basic AI competency skills of their employees.
