(Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Representative Director: Kazuki Muta, hereinafter 'the Company') announces the implementation of new features, 'File Mailing Function (Patient Contact Management and File Transmission)' and 'Online Consultation Function (Online Call on LINE)', on the medical institution LINE utilization platform 'Med-Well (MedWell)'.

With this, Med-Well has evolved into a platform that can easily build a 'hospital-dedicated mini app' on LINE, covering everything from appointment reception to document delivery and online medical consultations.

By utilizing the familiar LINE as a base, it realizes diverse communication between hospitals and patients without requiring patients to install new apps or create accounts.

New Feature ①: File Mailing Function ~ Replacing mail delivery of documents, which is currently mainstream, with LINE ~

The delivery of documents such as invoices and diagnostic certificates involves tasks such as printing, enclosing, affixing postage, and mailing, and the more numerous the items, the more administrative burden and cost are incurred. Additionally, the trouble of making individual phone calls or faxes to each person has been a burden on the medical field.

The 'File Mailing Function' replaces such mail delivery operations with LINE.

Main Features

Centralized Management of Contacts: Register patients by CSV import or manual input and manage them by linking them to the patient's and family's LINE accounts.

Bulk Delivery: Send files such as invoices and diagnostic certificates to multiple patients at once.

Tracking of Viewing Status: You can check in a list who viewed the documents and when, and you can also send reminders to those who have not read them.

Since the contact information imported via CSV is automatically linked to LINE, the introduction is smooth. All operations from sending to viewing confirmation are completed on the web browser management screen.

New Feature ②: Online Consultation Function ~ Automatically completing from LINE reservation to online medical consultation ~

The 'Online Consultation Function' automatically issues an online call URL at the time the patient reserves on LINE. It easily realizes online inquiries and consultations between the patient's smartphone and the hospital.

Main Features

Zero Reservation Registration Work: Since the patient directly reserves from LINE, manual registration on the hospital side is unnecessary. Management is completed with Google Calendar.

Minimizing Patient Effort: Since it is based on Google Meet, installation of apps or creation of accounts is unnecessary. You can participate in the call as a guest with one tap from the LINE notification.

PC Not Required and Automatic Reminder: It is compatible not only with PCs but also with tablets and smartphones. Automatic sending of reminders suppresses missed appointments (unauthorized cancellations).

The Meet URL is issued and automatically sent simultaneously with the reservation confirmation, and reminders are also automated. It enables the introduction of online medical consultations while suppressing the operational burden on the hospital side.
