This partnership aims to provide new value to contact centers by combining the strengths of ITFOR, which has deep expertise in system construction for the financial and public sectors, and ComDesign, which deploys "CT-e1/SaaS" maximizing the flexibility of cloud CTI.
ITFOR has supported operational efficiency in contact centers for financial institutions and local governments, focusing on debt management and telephone notification systems. On the other hand, "CT-e1/SaaS" provided by ComDesign has been adopted across a wide range of industries as a telephony platform that offers excellent cost performance and enables flexible system integration.
