Kochi Shinkin Bank (President: Kurumi Yamazaki) is promoting the "Kochi Anime Creator Holy Land Project" with the aim of creating employment and revitalizing the region by accumulating anime creators and anime-related companies in Kochi Prefecture.

As part of the project, the "Kochi Anicri Festival 2026," an event where anime creators and anime fans gather in Kochi, was held on April 11 (Sat) and 12 (Sun).

Event Outline The Kochi Anicri Festival is an anime exchange event held as part of the Kochi Anime Creator Holy Land Project, where anime creators and anime fans gather in Kochi to experience anime work and interact with anime.

In addition to the main venue, Kochi Prefectural Citizens' Gymnasium, events were also held in downtown areas such as Otemachi Shopping Street, creating vibrancy throughout the city. On the 10th, the "Anitama Summit" was held, where domestic anime industry professionals, including publishers and anime studios, exchanged opinions on revitalizing the anime industry in Kochi. On the 11th, the "Anicri Social Gathering" was held for interaction among creators and judges.
