Columbia × FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’26 Collaboration T-Shirt to be Released on Friday, June 12

Since its founding in 1938, "Columbia" (Columbia Sportswear Japan, Inc. / Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Massimo Lazzari), which has consistently provided highly original and innovative outdoor wear, will release the "Lee Renown Graphic SS Tee," a collaboration T-shirt with Japan's largest outdoor rock festival, "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '26," for which it serves as an official supporter. The T-shirt will be available from Friday, June 12, 2026, at Columbia stores and the Columbia online store.

This collaboration T-shirt features the proprietary moisture-wicking and quick-drying function "Omni-Wick" to keep you comfortable even when you sweat, equipping it with features to better enjoy mid-summer outdoor festivals. Artist/graphic designer Kosuke Kawamura has reconstructed the world of Fuji Rock, where music and nature intersect in the outdoor field, from his unique perspective.

The 2026 model employs the signature shredder-style collage art of Kosuke Kawamura, who boldly "cuts" and reconstructs iconic landscape photos of Fuji Rock, as well as the logos of Columbia and FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. The fragmented images are rearranged to create a design where the festival's energy and memories re-emerge as a new visual.

Columbia sympathizes with the FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL's concept of "coexistence of nature and music" and has been a passionate supporter of the summer festival for many years, including by providing staff jackets featuring its proprietary waterproof and breathable technology "Omni-Tech."

■ Artist Profile

Kosuke Kawamura
Artist/Graphic Designer.
Born in Hiroshima in 1979. As a collage artist, he has participated in numerous collaborations with artists and solo/group exhibitions in Japan and overseas. His representative works include the main visual for Katsuhiro Otomo's first large-scale original art exhibition "Katsuhiro Otomo GENGA Exhibition" (2012), the announcement of the collage work "AKIRA ART WALL PROJECT" using AKIRA (2019), the Oasis 30th anniversary band logo (2024), and the "Tate YBA & Beyond Exhibition" logo and key visual design (2026). He is currently active in graphic work for apparel brands, album jackets, bookbinding, advertising design, and art direction. He was appointed Creative Director of UT in 2021.
