Colombin Harajuku Salon to Launch Premium Shaved Ice Starting June 1st

Colombin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Jiro Abe) will introduce two new luxury shaved ice desserts at the Colombin Harajuku Salon, starting with 'Baked Alaska' on June 1st (Mon) and 'Swan' on July 16th (Thu). These creations showcase the advanced techniques of their pastry chefs, joining three other flavors currently on offer. This year's lineup features 'Baked Alaska,' with its toasted meringue topping, and the luxurious 'Swan,' designed to resemble two swans forming a heart. Enjoy a special summer moment with the fluffy texture of pure ice made from Shinshu deep-layer natural water.

## Premium Shaved Ice

### Baked Alaska - ¥2,500 (tax included)
An adaptation of the classic American dessert into shaved ice. It features vanilla and raspberry ice cream hidden inside the ice, covered with fluffy meringue and lightly toasted. It is decorated with a sugar-crafted basket filled with mango, pineapple, and edible flowers. Limited to 15 servings per day.

### Swan - ¥2,500 (tax included)
An adaptation of the 'Peach Melba' dessert, named after opera singer Nellie Melba, into shaved ice. The elegant design features two swan-shaped meringues forming a heart. Vanilla and raspberry ice cream are hidden inside. Limited to 15 servings per day.
