What is Kosodate Cafe & BAR?
In the daily hustle of striving for your children, your own feelings often take a backseat. Kosodate Cafe & BAR is a course that encourages you to look inward through parenting, and learn to cherish yourself.
No parent wishes unhappiness for their child. However, parents often tend to put their own needs last.
In this course, we value the process of noticing and accepting your inner emotions and thoughts, using the daily worries and conflicts faced in parenting as clues.
Parenting is not only about "raising children" but also about "raising oneself."
The theme for FY2026 Season 1 (April-July) is "Self-Esteem."
Self-esteem is the feeling that it's okay to be who you are, accepting both your good and bad parts.
People with self-esteem can live their lives vibrantly and happily. Kosodate Cafe nurtures not only children's self-esteem but also adults' self-esteem. First, we provide time for adults to relax and return to themselves.

Voices from Past Participants
・My perspective changed, and I became able to work harder on myself.
・The biggest growth this year was that the nightly self-reflection sessions stopped.
・Although I was initially confused, I feel that I have changed.
・There were times when I felt overwhelmed by anxiety about the future, but I've learned to accept that as part of myself.
・I felt that both I and my children have value just by existing.
・Not only did I learn new things, but it also became a place of emotional support.
・I want to remember to accept myself every day.
・It was a time when I felt glad to have come here and wanted to come again.
