The reverse design for the 1/4 oz gold and 1 oz silver coins was created by designer Natasha Muhl. It reconfigures five different portraits of Queen Elizabeth II, with the famous fifth portrait by Jody Clark placed at the center.

The Gilded 1 oz Silver coin features a different design, inspired by the 1954 silver florin issued to commemorate the Queen's first visit to Australia. It depicts a lion and a kangaroo standing side-by-side, symbolizing the bond between the UK and Australia. This version is finished elegantly with 24-carat gold plating on the edges.

All coins bear the 'P' mint mark indicating the Perth Mint, and the obverse features the portrait of King Charles III by Dan Thorne.
