Chiiki Sosei Co-Design Laboratory Launches 5th Anniversary Project: "Putting the Future of Co-Design into Words"

Chiiki Sosei Co-Design Laboratory (Representative Director: Yukihiro Yokoi, hereinafter referred to as Chiiki Sosei Co-Design Laboratory) has celebrated its 5th anniversary. We sincerely thank everyone in the regions and all stakeholders for their warm support and accumulated co-creation.

To express our gratitude for the past five years and to mark a new step towards the future, Chiiki Sosei Co-Design Laboratory will launch various initiatives, including the opening of a special 5th-anniversary website and the development of messages involving our employees (staff).

Significance of the 5th Anniversary

Over the past five years, Chiiki Sosei Co-Design Laboratory has engaged in initiatives centered on dialogue and co-creation with communities and diverse partners. This 5th anniversary serves as an opportunity to reflect on our journey "up to now" and for each staff member to consider and articulate what kind of future Chiiki Sosei Co-Design Laboratory will build, and with whom.

Message Behind the 5th Anniversary Logo

This logo is designed with motifs symbolizing the diverse people and fields involved in our initiatives over the past five years.

The "5" form, which inherits the impression of the current symbol mark, and the soft character design convey our wish for many people to feel a sense of familiarity.

Furthermore, the various shapes and colors arranged in a circular pattern abstractly represent the existence of stakeholders with different personalities, and show how new value is generated through their gentle connections.
