Much of the human resource development in Japanese companies relies on the dedicated guidance of managers who are playing managers. It is no longer possible to continue demanding deep dialogue with each of multiple subordinates from a single, extremely busy manager. Training has turned into a "punishment game" for managers.

In this presentation, with the key being the implementation of an "engine for autonomous driving" within subordinates for the development of autonomous talent, we will introduce a training mechanism that does not depend on supervisors (personalization).
