(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshito Ando; hereinafter "COCOZAS") is pleased to announce that it has acquired all shares of Shiki Living LLC (Headquarters: Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture; hereinafter "SHIKI LIVING"), a company operating and managing vacation rentals based in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture, and has welcomed it into the COCOZAS Group.

Background of M&A

In recent years, the Hakuba area has become one of Japan's leading resort destinations, attracting significant attention from both domestic and international visitors, driven by the recovery of inbound demand and the growing need for long-term stays.

COCOZAS also operates the "COCO VILLA Hakuba" (two buildings, 01 and 02, on the premises) in the Hakuba area and is currently planning to open a new facility, "COCO VILLA Hakuba Meitetsu."

SHIKI LIVING has been involved in the operation and management of numerous accommodations primarily in the Hakuba area, cultivating a network with overseas owners and accumulating on-site operational expertise.

Through this integration into the group, the COCOZAS Group will strengthen its operational foundation in the Hakuba area and further promote the expansion of the nationwide "& VILLA" network and the improvement of operational quality.
