COCO VILLA Nasu × madsaunist is a new base featuring two adjoining villas, marking the first collaboration between COCO VILLA and "madsaunist," Japan's leading sauna creator.

At the base briefing held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the number of application requests from participating investors significantly exceeded expectations.

Initially, phased sales were planned, involving first-come, first-served, lottery, and price revisions, but all units were immediately released during the briefing.

All 49 units were sold out approximately 30 minutes after sales began.

madsaunist is a creative team that deconstructs saunas as "science," integrating direction and medical aspects into their design scope.
