COCOZAS Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshito Ando) began sales of "COCO VILLA Nasu × madsaunist," a new base for its fractional villa investment service "COCO VILLA Owners," which allows ownership of a villa from 2 million yen, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

COCO VILLA Nasu × madsaunist is a new base with two adjacent villas, marking the first collaboration between COCO VILLA and "madsaunist," one of Japan's leading sauna creators.

At the base briefing held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the number of application requests from participating investors significantly exceeded expectations.

Initially, a phased sale was planned, involving first-come, first-served, lottery, and price revisions, but all units were immediately released during the briefing.

All 49 units were fully subscribed in approximately 30 minutes from the start.

Collaboration with madsaunist

madsaunist is a creative team that deconstructs sauna as a "science," encompassing direction, medical aspects, and design. They have designed and supervised prominent sauna facilities nationwide and received the "Saunner of the Year 2024" award in 2024.

COCO VILLA has now realized this collaboration with madsaunist.

A unique sauna design, born from the question "How to evoke and deepen the time latent in this land?" has been brought to life in Nasu.

Two Saunas with Immersive Qualities Born from Different Steam Types

One is a rich moisture sauna centered on saturated steam, enveloping the body as if wrapped in hot water.

The other is a sauna strongly reflecting madsaunist's philosophy, centered on superheated steam, offering high heat while balancing moisture and ease of breathing.

It's not just about the same "heat"; the quality of immersion changes with the type of steam.

Outdoor Bathing Space Not Separated from Sauna Experience

Including the cold bath, fire pit, and deck, the entire experience, from gazing at the fire, bathing in steam, receiving water, touching the outside air, to returning to the scenery, is seamlessly integrated.

Experiential Design Called Lux Kneipp

A single column of light and water falling vertically from the ceiling is incorporated as a performance device, against which the heated body is exposed.
