Notice Regarding Appointment of Specialized Officers and Changes to Executive/Specialized Officer Structure

Coconala Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ayumu Suzuki; TSE Growth: 4176; hereinafter 'the Company') announces that, effective June 1, 2026, it will appoint Takumi Tonosaki as a Specialized Officer and change the roles of two current Executive Officers to Specialized Officers. With this change, the Company will transition from the previous structure of six Executive Officers to a new structure consisting of four Executive Officers and three Specialized Officers, moving into the next growth phase to strongly promote business expansion. Currently, the various services provided by the Company are expanding in a multifaceted manner to meet diverse lifestyle and business needs. To further accelerate the 'full-scale utilization of AI' in such a diversified business environment and rapidly changing market, the Company has determined that it is essential to directly reflect highly specialized judgments in each area into management. By fusing the agile operational execution capabilities of Executive Officers with the high expertise of Specialized Officers, the Company will push forward the further expansion of the 'Coconala Economic Zone' and the improvement of medium- to long-term corporate value.
