Earth hacks股份有限公司(總公司:東京都澀谷區,代表取締役社長:關根澄人,以下簡稱「Earth hacks」)正透過生活者共創平台,以生活者的聲音為基礎,致力於開發脫碳相關商品、服務及事業,並營運由北九州市主辦的「Z世代挑戰! in 北九州」計畫。本計畫旨在讓學生以參 प्रकल्प企業提出的主題為基礎,與企業員工交流意見,共同發想並力求將構想導入社會實踐。
此次,Earth hacks 支援了將本計畫中學生提出的構想轉化為具體措施的實踐。此措施旨在促進由 TOTO株式會社營運的「TOTO水環境基金」的年輕族群申請,並於 2026 年 2 月 18 日舉辦的「TOTO水環境基金 助成先團體交流會」上,試行性地設立了助成先團體與年輕族群團體的交流場合。
背景
TOTO水環境基金致力於與支持地區的團體合作,共同解決社會課題,以實現永續社會。在推動補助金發放給由廣泛世代組成的團體時,TOTO水環境基金將提高年輕人主導的團體申請數量視為一個課題。
基於這樣的課題認知,「Z世代挑戰! in 北九州」將 TOTO水環境基金與年輕族群接觸點不足設定為主題,並從 Z 世代的視角提出了活化制度的建議。
實施內容
學生提出的措施是,在每年舉辦的「TOTO水環境基金 助成先團體交流會」中,增設一個特別參與名額,邀請從事水資源相關永續活動、但尚未獲得補助的年輕團體參加。
本次實施透過讓年輕團體參與助成先團體齊聚的交流會,創造了與各團體及 TOTO 水環境基金相關的 TOTO 集團員工交流的機會。其目的在於加深年輕團體對於貢獻於解決地區社會課題的見解,同時讓他們對 TOTO 水環境基金有更親近的感受,並進而促成未來的申請。
此舉打破了以往以申請後的團體為中心的模式,透過創造與申請前階段的年輕團體接觸的機會,擴展了制度的「入口」。
本措施預期能帶來以下效果:
