A program that shares video content highlighting the backstories of companies and employees engaged in social issues, sparking student interest. It also includes keynote speeches, small-group discussion panels, and networking events under the “DecaBo Meet up” initiative, creating bidirectional dialogue opportunities between students and companies.

To date, a diverse range of organizations—including major corporations, local governments, and government ministries—have participated, driving the creation of new connections between students and companies centered on social issues. By linking student interest formation, dialogue, and co-creation experiences in stages, Earth hacks is building new pathways for student-company engagement.
