NPO EPO (Location: Edogawa Ward, Tokyo; Representative: Erika Mori) announced that its community for children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families, "COCOLON," will undergo a full website renewal on July 1, 2026 (Wed). Concurrently, an official LINE account will be launched, transitioning the membership system to a new structure utilizing LINE.
COCOLON has focused on "play, learning, and connection," providing events where children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families can participate with peace of mind, and learning opportunities beneficial for daily life. This renewal aims to create an environment where essential information and events are more accessible and continuously delivered.
Through the new website and official LINE account, COCOLON will strengthen personalized information dissemination, striving to build a community where families and supporters can continue to connect with confidence, without feeling isolated.

Background and Objectives of the Website Renewal
Towards a more user-friendly community site where users can easily find the information they need.
Previously, COCOLON disseminated information about events and seminars for children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities, their families, and supporters. However, with the increase in information, there were challenges in navigation, making it difficult to find specific information, and in page loading speeds, impacting user experience.
This renewal involves a review of the site structure and information organization, creating an environment where individuals, whether they are families considering event participation, supporters seeking learning opportunities, or companies, organizations, and donors considering collaboration, can easily access the information relevant to their needs.
Furthermore, information regarding the establishment and operation support of facilities has been organized more clearly, strengthening the entry points for participation and cooperation with COCOLON's activities. The design has also been unified for a more comfortable browsing experience.
Key Renewal Points
1. Easier and More Accessible Membership Registration with LINE Integration
The membership registration process, previously requiring completion on the web, has been revised to utilize the official LINE account. This allows for a smoother entry into COCOLON and enables users to receive information about events and seminars more readily.
2. A Site for Comfortable Browsing of Events, Videos, and Columns
The loading speed for event information, video content, and column pages has been improved for a more comfortable browsing experience. Font sizes and design have been unified, making it easier to find and read necessary information.
3. Enhanced Information Dissemination to Expand Connections with Supporters and Collaborators
A new page for supporters has been established, clearly outlining ways to get involved with COCOLON beyond membership registration, including donations, partnerships with companies, and support for facility establishment.
Evolution of Member Services with the Launch of the Official LINE Account
In conjunction with this renewal, the official COCOLON LINE account has been launched. The official LINE account allows users to check the latest event and seminar information and present their membership card, enabling smoother use of COCOLON's services.
Introduction of a Point System to Further Enhance the COCOLON Experience
A new point card system has been introduced as a service for paid members. Points can be accumulated through activities such as event participation, and accumulated points can be exchanged for exclusive COCOLON benefits.
With 5 points, members can exchange them for COCOLON original merchandise, and with 10 points, they can gain entry to the "COCOLON Photo Studio." The photo studio, which normally requires a participation fee of 15,000 yen (tax included), can be used as a member benefit.
Additionally, paid members can continue to watch exclusive video content and participate in events at preferential rates.
