澎湖家扶中心配合「428兒童保護日」，今天在澎湖國際廣場舉辦「用愛包圍Kids First」兒保親子同樂會，包括縣府參議洪棟霖、湖西鄉長陳振中、民進黨議員呂黃春金與無黨籍議員莊光大、家扶榮譽主委陳雙全與扶幼主委蕭文勝等人都到場力挺兒保，並頒贈衛福部澎湖醫院副院長蔡文祥「兒保大使」證書，並分享在醫療中所引發家庭兒少暴力事件。
