Junbang-KY Hits Record Dividend of 3.5 TWD, Confident in Growth

Central News Agency, Taipei, May 25. Functional fabric manufacturer Junbang-KY held its annual shareholders' meeting today. The company's net profit attributable to the parent company last year was 152 million TWD, a 72.7% year-on-year increase, with earnings per share (EPS) of 5.23 TWD, both hitting record highs. The shareholders' meeting resolved to distribute a cash dividend of 3.5 TWD per share, also a record. Chairman Kao Chen-fang stated today that Junbang continues to expand its cooperation with international brand clients. Through customized fabric design and rapid development capabilities, the company helps clients grasp market demand changes, which is reflected in current order performance. As client order rhythms progress, operational momentum is expected to gradually manifest in the second half of the year. Junbang stated that in addition to its original sports and outdoor functional apparel fabrics, it is actively expanding into professional workwear and bag materials, which is expected to create additional operational contributions. The outlook for 2026 remains cautiously optimistic, with expectations for steady growth this year. Facing global supply chain restructuring, Junbang is optimizing management efficiency in China while gradually increasing sales and local production ratios in Vietnam. In 2025, it will officially launch a project to build an integrated weaving and dyeing plant in Vietnam to expand future order-taking capacity.
