Regarding how to continue the 'Happy Enterprise' philosophy of his late father, Hsu Wen-lung, he emphasized that he would respect everything currently in place and continue to lead the team to strive forward, upholding the excellent traditions recognized by the outside world. Hsu stated that as a second-generation successor, the most important concepts are humility and cherishing what one has. Everything Chimei Corporation possesses today is the result of the efforts of his father and the founding partners. He believes happiness is a subjective concept, and the key lies in passion for work, life, and sharing. Chimei implemented a five-day work week decades ago, ahead of the industry, with his father emphasizing efficiency so employees could go home early. Hsu noted that he hopes to lead the team to 'A Step Beyond' based on the 'A Step Up' foundation established by former Chairman Hsu Chun-hua and General Manager Chao Ling-yu.
