Russia Launches Large-Scale Retaliatory Strike on Ukraine Using Nuclear-Capable 'Oreshnik' Missiles

According to AFP, the Russian Defense Ministry stated in a release that in response to Ukrainian attacks on civilian infrastructure within Russia, the Russian military used 'Oreshnik ballistic missiles, Iskander air-launched ballistic missiles, Kinzhal hypersonic air-launched ballistic missiles, Zircon cruise missiles, and multiple drones' to carry out the strikes. Reuters reported, citing the Russian Interfax news agency, that the strikes targeted Ukrainian military command facilities, air bases, and other military-industrial sites, and that all targets were hit.
