Regarding jury chair Huang Yun-ling's praise that his "work is very relaxed," Chang said it might be due to life changes, as he has focused on his family for the past decade. "I slowly found a way I like, and it is with this state of mind that I could write in a natural style." He also laughed, saying his son praised him as amazing after hearing the news. Meanwhile, Nick Chou was nominated for Best Male Mandarin Singer for "LOVE RAGE HOPE" and won the Hito Top 10 Mandarin Songs and Most Popular Male Singer awards tonight, describing it as a good omen. Chou said that because he is relatively reserved, people around him cried when they heard he was nominated, but he tried to stay calm. "I've been through a lot, and I'm just happy and touched to be able to continue making music, so the nomination is a great encouragement." Chou mentioned he wants to lose 2-3 kilograms for the red carpet by cutting down on sugar and starch.
